Rates for Macintosh Management, Consulting and Training services, which may or may not also include installations, repairs and other work are between $100/hr - $150/hr depending on the complexity of the work as determined after an initial assessment and negotiated at time of hiring.
Referrals, simple advice and Estimates are always free, (unlike most every other shop in NYC)
Rates for Contract work, subcontracted work, part time or full time work is negotiable, please call or email
Some work is flat rate. An estimate is always given upon request.
1/2 hour minimum on all jobs. Billing is in quarter hour increments.
Charges are for consulting and labor only. We will not buy hardware for you unless you request and authorize it.
